This week I stumbled upon this video on a lifestyle/fashion blog I follow:

It got me thinking about how much time you can waste on worrying about weight. Instead you could read books, magazines, writing blog posts or even study! I looked in my personal diary and noticed that since 2006 ‘weight’ was a recurring subject or maybe rather obsession. Scary. Also I can highly recommend the site TedTalks.com – there are some really interesting talks and a diverse range of subjects.
